Is there a big difference (if any at all) between boys and girls? Have you clothed both before and did you notice that different brands worked better for boys than girls?

We found out yesterday that we'll be having a little boy :D but I'm wondering if that makes a difference with what nappies to use?

I guess it also comes down to shape too, but are there any other notable differences in nappies?

Thanks in advance!

Boys need most of the absorption in the front, I found that cotton panels wick very quickly due to the power of the pee :)

Yep cotton panels were no good for my DS but worked ok with DD.

No other major difference that I have found.

No advice on the nappies, but congrats on your little boy in the making! :)

Thanks EoR! :D

And thanks all, I wouldn't have thought about the cotton panels, DD is fine in those and has a few.

Do you have any favourite brands for boys or is it just trial and error?

Yay a little boy! Congrats! I havent found much difference so far. Itti bittis work really well on my boy and girl and they are the bulk of what we use.
