Hi
does anyone know any of those appliance shops which sell white goods cheaper as they are seconds due to cosmetic marks etc..
We had one locally, but it shut recently :( and my washing machine has decided to pack up. As we are just paying book packs and uni fees money is super tight.
We are located Brisbane and assume there must be other shops like that?

thanks

There's one in Pickering st at enoggera. Its not far from home so if you have specs of that you're after I can pop in after school drop off to see if they have something that suits. Save you driving up this side of town. The other option is to call. I'm not sure of their name but if you google white goods enoggera it should come up. I'll see what I can find after bubs in bed.

Thanks
I need a good brand as with 4 kids its a busy washing household and 2-3 loads daily is the norm. My old one has done 5-6 yrs and 2 of those with a baby in washable nappies, so has been brilliant and its a whirpool, so looking for something similar. Need it as cheap as possible, but decent as possible ( so no crap brands)
hence why i am looking at seconds stores (cosmetic damage) or clearances

would be great if you could have a look but please dont go out of your way. Its looking like its the motor, DH has it apart as we speak and need uniforms done this weekend, so I will need to buy it this weekend!

There's quite a bit of choice there. There's lots of fisher and paykel, a few whirlpool top loaders and a few front loaders, plus some lg top loaders and a reconditioned commercial one. All seem well priced. It's www.brisbanewhitegoods.com.au
