[Elves on Rye]

Anyone have a tried and tested gluten free gingerbread recipe? I am actually looking for one with some other healthy substitutions too, we use rice milk instead of dairy, and would prefer agave or honey in place of sugar, but not sure where to look

Anyone have a recipe to share or can point me in the right direction? TIA!

I would check out the quirky cooking blog, sounds like something she would make! It would be a thermomix recipe but you could adapt it
