Weight is 74kg so 1.7kg lost not too bad
Ive been really good with points and have really changed our way of eating this time round, for example no butter, extra light cream cheese instead if needed and no cheese, light cottage cheese if needed. Lots of fruit and Veg.
I loving my kiwi fruits atm but i must say 2 in a row burn your tongue for the acidity of them
I was a bit slack in the first week with running the weather was horrible kids on school holidays and i did one run. This weeks is a different kettle of fish 3 runs down and today my body just felt tired but will push through it.
Im also looking into doinf the workout call PX90 which looks great

I have kept my weight of with just removing sugar!
I havent exercised in months, never seem to have the time..
But havent put on any since dropping sugar. I still eat lots of dark choc but has to be over 70%, other than that, I eat loads of nuts/seeds, coconut oil, fruit and veg and make everything. I dont eat anything processed or packeted, apart from occasional crisps.

Glad i went for a run this morning the weather has just come in that we were expecting. When we were in Perth you had people cook dinner for you so you could not control what you were eating, to be honest i was a bit lazy

all added sugar
we dont add it too anything and do not buy any packets with it added either.
He found it easier to reduce it in his tea first, then stopped. He could not drink his coffee at first, as it tasted awful, he said but as he got used to less sugar, he can now drink it fine.
It took a few mths
He looks amazing, he is so toned yet not exercising? I cannot believe how much weight he had put on, just from sugar intake.
I am amazed as I never count my calories, eats loads of nuts and oils and seeds. Eat bread and crisps.
It is added to so many things, some you would be suprised about so our diet has completely changed finidng things which are sugar free.
Your taste buds change too, you feel satisifed much easier, you eat less so it all adds up and its a natural process.
I feel full quicker and I cannot stand anything sugary now. The chocolate from the UK ,which is far nicer and sweeter than here, is now too sweet for us and we cannot eat it.
It is also now so easy to refuse sweet stuff and really not care at all, that everyone around you is eating cakes etc...

He used to drink several cups of tea and the odd coffee daily and used 1-2 tsp of sugar. When you add it up, its a LOT of spoonfuls of sugar ..
