I'm going through and adding some new forum sections and a new feature or two. Some of the details are outlined below.

I'll update the post as I make further changes.

Update 1:

Pimp My Auction section opened.

NA Supporters (and above) will be able to promote any auctions they have running on one of the various Auction sites.

This section will operate similar to the Facebook section where listings will last 7 days and you're only permitted to have one post current in the thread at any one time (charity auctions excluded)

In Short the rules are as follows:

  • No item listings.. only links to listings on other sites.
  • One Auction per post
  • Auctions MUST be your own auctions (this does not apply for charity auction postings)
  • No images in posts.

Shoutout & Pimp My Facebook update

As I stated before the script to expire and purge the old posts in the above two forums hasn't been working. I'll be fixing that tonight. So from tonight forward the old rules apply in the facebook forum where you are only permitted to have a single post active in the facebook forum at any time.

Forum parts moved

  • The Nappies No More forum has been moved back up into the Nappies section.
  • The Forum Suggestion forum has also been moved into NA Feedback
  • The Up The Duff forum (and sub-fora) and the TTC forum (and sub-fora) have been moved from Parenting chat into their own new Pregnancy & TTC section

One of the more largescale changes will involve the Weightloss forums.

We'll have a couple of new sections, Weightloss and Nutrition. These will be separate as the weightloss section will now be pirvate and only accessible to regular members and higher.

There will also be a few other sections that have been removed from view for guests (and sometimes even newbies) this will hopefully allow members to feel a little more at ease talking about what can sometimes be very personal issues.

More details as I make the changes.

Comments & Feedback welcome....

OK I've gone through and restructured the Nappy Chat section, which was previously under the "Cloth" subforum but has now been made a little more prominent.

We now have a replacement for the Quick Vent Threads.... The Rapid Rant forum.

Like the facebook forum etc posts will last 7 days, however they will all be their own threads. No replies permitted. Private.

In conjunction with that the Release the Rage forum has been renamed to Real Rants and will allow the posting of "interactive" rants.. So if you want to get something off your chest and don't require a response, Rapid Rants is for you. If you need someone to feed the rage.. Real Rants is for you. Both are not accessible to the public.

As far as new sections go we have the opening of The Nappy Business section. Which will finally allow Business Members somewhere to post and promote their goods, stockings and hopefully lots of specials for NA Members only. There will also be a section for NA Business members to chat and discuss business related topics and conduct wholesale and B2B transactions between themselves.
