I bought it from here

Yes, the plug is definitely an Australian one. The seller is awesome and will reply to any questions within 12-24hrs and is very helpful. So if you are unsure just message him.

I basically just asked him that the product was genuine and how come he could sell it cheaper than the company that makes it. I confirmed that it was an australian model and not just with an adaptor plug. Then when I got the machine I questioned him again as the outside box cover was written in french. He comfirmed definitely australian model they just ran out of english boxes. He is an importer and imports them and other hair removal machines/products so has models for a few different countries. So that is all I asked him, I just sussed him out to make sure the product was genuine and he wasn't a dodgy seller.

Before that I did a lot of research on the actual product, I went to the maker website and read all the intructions so I know how it all worked. I also watched lots of youtube reviews.

So if you have done your research and like the product I can recommend that seller. I advise to pay the extra for DHL fast postage. It only takes about 4 days to arrive and it is tracked the entire way. Where the free postage is just normal postage and takes about 4 weeks and is not tracked and that made mea bit nervous.

I have just paid for mine!
So do you mean that you have to even shave your upper lip and eyebrows before using it? I don't like the idea of that.....

you can use a cream instead if you like. But you can't wax, as then there is no hair pigmant to target

oh and you can do your lip but not your eyebrows I think coz too close to eyes? The instructions say face under cheek bones only, not above. I think they are worried about people going blind if they flash their eyes!

another hair removing product which I use with the laser. I found this because there were certain areas I didn't want to shave but needed the hair gone to laser. I researched it ALOT, as normally I can't use creams at all, I rash even worse than shaving sometimes because of chemical burn. This stuff was developed for black men to use on their faces, as they often get bad shaving bumpy rash because their hair is curly. So because it was developed for faces it is very gentle. You can use it for a full brazillian, yes even down below, I have tried and it does not sting or burn your pink bits at all! Apparently all the celebrities are using it now instead of getting brazillians, and it really does work. I also use it on my upper lip with no redness, I really didn't like the idea of having to shave it!

this guy is very imformative and a great seller, read all the info :D http://cgi.ebay.com....1QQcmdZViewItem

Oh really can't do eyebrows :(
I will have to look into electrolysis then, I am soooo sick of plucking my eyebrows!
So that cream actually works and does not burn? I have sensitive skin but strong hair

Same. Normally even the sensitve skin creams will burn me but this stuff was no sign of a burn. I did have to leave it on a bit longer than the time said, but even then there was no burn, not even any redness. Years ago I used some other type on my bikini area and I had terrible chemical burns for weeks from it. So I was super surprised this stuff works, I was so nervous. I even got a bit of the cream on the very tenderest of areas accidentally :o but nothing to worry about, it was fine ;)

lol I am looking forward to using it on my bikini line - since I had DD I get sensitive down there just from trimming the hair. So I can hardly ever have a trim and tidy "down there" as the spiky ends of the hair poke me and irritate me :(

Are they bot the exact product? As in the ozsale one and the linked ebay are the the exact same model? If not which is better? The ozsaleone would that have warranty as well? It says 7 day refund, but surely it would have to have a warranty?

they are not the same model, but exact same specs, so same machine in a different body and colour. They did the 2 models simply to give people a greater choice. That price is great! The cartridge price not so great, I have seen cheaper on ebay, around $50-$60 for 2 pack. The ebay one comes with a cartridge in the machine plus another spare cartridge as well. I am sure they would ave warranty but the ebay one does warranty and returns as well. Not sure who has bought from ozsale before but postage is a shocker. It will take anywhere from 7-29 days to arrived, most of my buys off there have taken the 29 days! The ebay link can get it too you within 4 days!

Im so glad I found this thread, im meant to be going on tuesday next week to get some laser treatment done (brazillian and underarms) but might cancel and save up for this machine instead as all up the 6 treatments of each are going to cost me at least $450 in the end and that is on special! eek!!!

I also suffer from unsightly underarms and rashes. Im really concerned about my underarms when i wear my wedding dress (i have very dark hair you can see the folicles even through my skin after i shave and it grows back very quickly (i have to shave everyday).

Cant wait to hear about your experiences! Good luck!!

btw op your underarms look fantastic!! lol

ahh the listings must have changed, when I bought mine it was free shipping (that took forever) and I had the option of paying an extra for express. Looks like he just puts express on it now. He is great though isn't he, he responds very quickly for an ebay seller I found.

 thank you :P I still can't believe the difference! If only this machine was around in my teenage years, it would have saved me so much suffering.

Can anyone report back on long term use of these? Now I'm not preggers, thinking about investing!

There is a special on here.. but I'm thinking I'd rather go the 'known' brand.

Oh and I bought mine at the shaver shop, silk'n exel or something like that, it was $1000 but worth it in my opinion (well not now that I can't use it, but it was when I could)

I am still very happy with mine. This is the seller I used as mentioned in this thread...

http://www.ebay.com....#ht_7572wt_1002

I hardly used it over winter and I had a lot of hair regrowth on my underarms and just recently started again. It was super quick this time around and only took 1 treatment to get it back to how it was. So now I am back to shaving and zapping once a fortnight only. Best purchase ever.

thanks so much for the link janem!

How many times did it take you to see results girls? How many cartridges are you tending to go through (when using it haha)

Dutch, that's why I've started thinking about it, our bf'ing journey is over, and no forseeable babies!

I am still on my original cartridge but I only use for underarms and bikini/pubic area so far. The one I bought came with 2 cartridges so it will be a while before I have to buy another but they aren't too expensive on eBay through that same seller. I would say it took 2 to 3 treatments before I saw definite results the first time around and immediately the second time around.
