I have a big problem with sposies being so absorbant. It is too tempting for parents to leave them on for ageeeeeeeees. Not exactly hygienic or comfy for bub. I think its pretty gross actually.
I have a SIL who changes 3 times a day and the kid runs around with his sposies hanging between his knees as it is so full of wee. He also wears just a nappy which is probably the worst look ive ever seen a kid in.....its foul.

I have nothing againest sposies, well, I never used to as I used them with the bigger kids, but ewwww change them when they are wet! There is nothing worse than seeing a kid runing around in a wet saggy sposie

Exactamundo.
I have a friend who doesn't have a lot of money. She has two kids in nappies. I will say "Oh. D needs a change, he is pooey." (D is 4 months old). She looks at the clock (3:30pm) and says "Oh, I'll be bathing him soon anyhow." And come 6pm, she baths him  *vomits* I took her daughter for the day once, 8 hours, and she only sent one sposie in the bag. I changed her after 3 hours, then put her in a mcn at the next nappy change. My friend said "Oh, you used one of yours? But Huggies last for 6 hours, you didn't have to change her twice, that's why I buy them...." :uhoh:
I hate disposables with a passion, they really make my stomach turn.
And people with babies out in just a sposie? Blergh. Huge sack full of chemicals puffed up with wee moulded over their genitals  I see people put their tiny babies in those supermarket baby trolley capsules in just a wet swollen disposable, and I feel ill. The poor kid is barely clad, in a disgusting sposie, lying in a germ laded capsule which has old vomit and piss in it.

I generally change the kiddos every 2-3 hours, some parents will send only like 3/4 nappies last like a 9 or 10 hours day!
I wish some of the families used cloth
