Why does it happen?

Well for the last 4 days, I haven't been feeling too well. Have had headaches on and off all day long. Feeling nauseous and feel like I could pass out at times.

Went and seen the nurse at the outpatients, she said it could be a tummy bug, um WTF??? She said to try some lemonade or a drink with some sugar or thats sweet to help.

But EVERYTHING I seem to be drinking, within like 5mins my head is throbbing. :( Feel very light headed. Even water is doing this to me, as I mostly only drink water.

Anyone else had this?

potentially the nurse suggested you drink water or sugar as you might be dehydrated or have low blood pressure.

is it caused by the liquids or overall?

The other thing i can suggest is you might be having pregnancy related migraines.

I always drink water, even during the night. If anything I thought I had increased my intake.
She checked my blood pressure and that was all good.

I don't know think I might go see my DR next week.

Is your neck out at all babe? I know if I have done something to my neck I can get bad headaches from it.
Mummy to 4 nerd burgers - Aricyn, Mehkelti, Eden and Sahti. All beautiful and blessed with the ability to drive mummy stark raving mad.
Occasionally I blog about it.

The change in blood volume + flow in pregnancy can cause headaches... Look it up ;) They sometimes refer to them as low pressure or high pressure headaches...
