I just can't seem to get enough oxygen in! It's hard to describe, but it feels like I need to ywan to get that really deep breath in, but I try and even if I manage to yawn or breath deeply it's not enough??? It started last night (i've had it before over the last few years, but not often like now).
Even when I do manage to get a really deep breath, 2 minutes later I need to do it again???

I just thought it was another normal crappy pregnancy thing cos the baby squashes your lungs. I get that when laying down or sitting sometimes.

you know that's highly likely...I didn't realise anemia could cause that!

I don't know what would be setting it off though if it was that?

I had this happen all the time when I was pregnant with Poppy, that and a million other complaints... it was a really stressful & uncomfortable pregnancy!

I'd feel out of breath all the time, often it was like as though I was puffing much like if i'd just been running. If it persists or really scares you then see a GP to make sure everything is ok, but if not then I'd say it is probably just another joy of being preggers!:)

Hope u feel better soon.;)
