Hey ladies,
Ive had a grumpy tummy for a couple of days now. I first thought it might turn into Gastro, as thats how it was feeling. Its very upset still and painful.
Im not the best at knowing what helps things. DH usually knows but he's away atm.
Heat bag? What else?

deffiantly apple if you can stomach it. i find a hot water bottle/heat pack on the tummy and back, and cool washer on my head works wonders. otherwise a hot shower, laying on your back and let the water hit your tummy, you wont feel anything while your in there lol.

We use sweetended Peppermint Tea for our severe refluxer - really seems to help him!

Peppermint tea
Warm water with a squeeze of lemon
Ginger ale/beer
Ginger
Bread
Brown Apple
Hot water on the stomach
Heat pack
De-Gas tablets are great (make you bumrumble though!)
Flat Lemonade
Sipping slowly at water (using a straw is great)
Mintec Tablets are also good
Burn Peppermint Oil
Rub Lavender Oil on your temples and the back of your neck.
(didn't check if you're pregnant or not, so ignore the pills/oils I mentioned if you are!)
If all else fails you could try shaking your fist and a stern word to it?
Hope you're feeling better soon.

I had similar symptoms a while back and I thought it w gastro, turned out that I had a kidney infection, so if you get sharp pains in your stomach, get to the drs asap. I coulsnt eat anything as it would just go straight through or come back up. hope you work out what it is soon..
