We went away and on the last day i got a cold, then we flew home and ever since i have had the worst sinus pain. Ever time i lay down , or bend over it feels like my face is going to explode. Any help on how to clear it or a least make me feel better. I cant get to the doctors till Thursday.

I get bad sinus pain from hayfever
Once I had the biggest face ache for over a month because of my sinus's, took several courses of antibiotics but as soon as I'd finish the pain would come back
one day I blew my nose & a piece of dry cat food flew out, pain went instantly. No idea how it got up there LOL

I don't have a cat, but will stay clear of all cat food :D. Thanks for the laugh though. I have made a doctors appointment, but i hope it goes before then as i have a heap of sewing to do but cant stand the pain of bending over to cut it all out. :(
