I'm trying my hardest not to use sposies at all.
But sometimes my DS has bowel issues that prevent me from using them (ie: he does poo after poo after poo... he is suspect coeliac).
And I am soooo sick of giving them large companies my $$ and would prefer an earth friendly alternative.

Is there such a thing as (close as you can get) eco friendly sposie made here is Aus?

If not, what do you guys use?

The closest thing I've seen is http://www.gdiapers.com/ - not aussie though...

I don't see why you couldn't use the flushable/compostable inners with normal covers.

No such thing as an eco friendly sposie. They are all 30-34% non biodegradable plastic.

Eenies (which also makes G-Diapers) makes biodegradable pads which are fully compostable, you need a cover or Eenees pants though. I have 9 whopping huge ones I can post you if you want them. I don't use disposable anything. :)

If you search the past threads you'll find some interesting stuff:

This one shows some info I posted which I collected from various sposie companies- they got jumbled a bit as it had columns earlier, so hopefully it makes sense now- page 2. I'm too tired to unjumble it right now. :)

Not sure. It's too early for a srs google hunt, but a quick look around tells me you can get them on ebay but the shipping is a bit exorbitant :(

This: http://www.naturesch...isposables/16/1 seems to be similar, though?

The G Diapers look just like Eenee's which you can get here in Australia
http://www.eenee.com/
In fact the G diaper site has info about them being from Australia.

You guys are great :) Thanks :)

I hate that I even have to use them sometimes, but if I can get somethng a little more earth friendly it would be great.
